Roles at Love 2 Learn

Registered Behavior Technicians

What you’ll do

Deliver 1:1 sessions, rotate through several goals each visit, and practice skills inside everyday routines. Collect accurate data, communicate clearly with families, and work closely with your supervising clinician.

 

What you need

High school diploma (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus), reliable transportation, comfort working with children, and a coachable attitude. Prior ABA or childcare experience is helpful but not required.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What you’ll do

Lead assessment and treatment planning, coach and support technicians, and partner with families and schools to keep plans practical and effective. Use data to guide decisions, model strategies, and ensure skills generalize across settings.
